$WELO Tokenomics

Token Distribution & Platform Economics
$WELO was launched on bags.fm with a fair launch model, ensuring transparent and community-driven distribution. Here's how the tokenomics work:
Token Allocation
Team Holdings: 5%
The team holds 5% of the total $WELO supply, which is fully locked. This ensures long-term commitment and alignment with the community's success.
Buyback Mechanism
Bags.fm Creator Fees → $WELO Buybacks
All buybacks are made from bags.fm creator program fees. When the token was launched on bags.fm, the platform collects creator fees on trades. These fees are distributed as follows:
50% → $WELO Buybacks – Half of all creator fees are used to buy back $WELO from the market
30% → Marketing & Partners – Funds marketing campaigns, partnerships, and platform growth initiatives
20% → Development & Design – Goes toward platform development, new features, UI/UX improvements, and design work
Buybacks Fund Welo Points Conversion
All $WELO purchased through the 50% buybacks allocation is made 100% available for conversion from earned Welo Points. This means every point you earn on the platform can be converted to real $WELO that was bought from the market, creating sustainable rewards.
WHY BAGS? We chose bags.fm because we are using the bags.fm API to create systems related to Creator Coins. This integration allows us to leverage their infrastructure for token creation, trading, and management while maintaining a seamless experience for our users.
Platform Fee Structure
Planned Platform Fee: 2.5%
Welo charges a 2.5% fee on each TIER SUBSCRIPTION transaction made on the platform.
Note: This fee percentage might change as the platform evolves.
Platform Fee Distribution
From every 2.5% fee collected:
50% → Welo Buybacks Half of all platform fees go directly into buying back $WELO from the market. These tokens are then distributed to users who convert their earned Welo Points, creating a sustainable reward system funded by platform activity.
25% → Marketing & Development A quarter of fees fund platform growth, new features, marketing campaigns, user acquisition, and continuous development to improve the Welo experience.
25% → Team & Partners The remaining quarter goes to the team and partners who build, maintain, and grow the platform. This ensures sustainable operations and long-term commitment.
Sustainable Economics
This model creates a self-sustaining ecosystem where:
More platform activity = more fees collected
More fees = more $WELO buybacks
More buybacks = more rewards for users
More rewards = more users and activity
The cycle continues
Everyone benefits: creators earn, supporters get cashback, $WELO holders receive rewards, and the platform grows.
